Tecnologex's Elevate Archiving solution automatically captures and archives voice calls, SMS, and chats. Channels for backup include:
- Voice: call logs, phone call recordings, voicemail recordings, voicemail transcriptions.
- Chat: team and customer chat messages, attachments, reactions/'likes', GIFs, images, emojis, etc.
- SMS: SMS messages and images.
